Surbhi Holidays

At Surbhi Holidays, we strive to ensure a seamless and satisfying travel experience for all our clients. However, we understand that plans may change, and we have laid out the following cancellation and payment terms to ensure transparency.

Cancellation Policy

# Company-Initiated Cancellations

In rare events where Surbhi Holidays must cancel a trip due to unforeseen circumstances (like operational issues or external factors beyond our control), we will offer a full refund of the booking amount paid by you.

Note: We are not responsible for any additional expenses such as flight or hotel bookings, or any other third-party services.

# Client-Initiated Cancellations

  • If you cancel 15 to 30 days before the trip start date, 75% of the total trip cost will be charged as cancellation fees.
  • If you cancel within 0 to 15 days before the trip, 100% of the total trip cost will be retained.

# Cancellations Due to External Factors

If any activity is affected due to weather, political unrest, or government restrictions, we will do our best to offer an alternative. However, no refunds will be provided for such unavoidable conditions.

Payment Policy

# Booking Confirmation

A non-refundable deposit of Rs. 10,000 is required to confirm your booking.

# Final Payment

The full remaining payment must be cleared at least 30 days before the trip start date.

# Late Payment Clause

If the full amount is not received on time, Surbhi Holidays reserves the right to cancel your booking without prior notice. Any deposit paid will be forfeited.

# Unused Services

No refunds will be issued for services or activities listed in the itinerary that are not availed by the guest.

# Trip Modifications

If you wish to reschedule your booking, please notify us in advance. Rescheduling is subject to approval and applicable charges.
