At Surbhi Holidays, we strive to ensure a seamless and satisfying travel experience for all our clients. However, we understand that plans may change, and we have laid out the following cancellation and payment terms to ensure transparency.
In rare events where Surbhi Holidays must cancel a trip due to unforeseen circumstances (like operational issues or external factors beyond our control), we will offer a full refund of the booking amount paid by you.
Note: We are not responsible for any additional expenses such as flight or hotel bookings, or any other third-party services.
If any activity is affected due to weather, political unrest, or government restrictions, we will do our best to offer an alternative. However, no refunds will be provided for such unavoidable conditions.
A non-refundable deposit of Rs. 10,000 is required to confirm your booking.
The full remaining payment must be cleared at least 30 days before the trip start date.
If the full amount is not received on time, Surbhi Holidays reserves the right to cancel your booking without prior notice. Any deposit paid will be forfeited.
No refunds will be issued for services or activities listed in the itinerary that are not availed by the guest.
If you wish to reschedule your booking, please notify us in advance. Rescheduling is subject to approval and applicable charges.
